Founder & Pool Designer·Modern Pool Design
Moses Campos is a pool and outdoor living designer and the founder of Modern Pool Design. His practice connects architecture, water, landscape and the way clients use their outdoor spaces. His current biography also identifies his work with Poolscapes in the Las Vegas Valley.
Campos entered the pool industry with a background in graphic design, web design and video editing. Early field experience introduced him to equipment and construction before he moved into design, combining visual storytelling with a growing understanding of how pools are built.
Pool Magazine interviewed Campos after his first-place finish in the 2024 Million Dollar Pool Design Challenge. His winning concept used a challenging hillside to create contrasting spaces for relaxation and activity, with carefully composed views, water features and acrylic details.
He later contributed a first-person account of the negative-edge project that helped shape his career. The article explores collaboration, independent hydraulic control and the responsibility required to turn an uncertain assignment into a successful build. Together, these appearances show a designer who values creative ambition, practical execution and continued learning.
