Wondering who the best pool builder is? Pool Magazine’s Best Pool Builder in America award allows the public to vote for their favorite pool construction company. Here’s a list of the leading builders in the swimming pool industry. Vote for your favorite pool company.

About The Best Pool Builder Award

We’ve pre-selected the leading pool construction companies based on revenue, size, social media presence, and aggregate customer review score. In addition to those companies who have been pre-selected by Pool Magazine, we allow a submission period for companies to self-nominate for consideration for our Best Pool Builder Award. Submission period 7/15/24-8/15/24.

Requirements For Nomination

  • At least $3,000,000 in revenue per year.
  • Minimum 4-star Google reviews rating.
  • At least 3 years doing business as a pool construction company.
  • Must have an active social media presence.
  • Company must have built at least 10 swimming pools during the last year.

Submission is no guarantee that your company will be added, however all nominations will be considered based on qualification.

Rules On Voting

Only one vote per day, per IP address. Companies are encouraged to have their customers, employees, and trade partners vote in our competition. This contest is based on user engagement. Companies are encouraged to share the direct link to their listing and ask the public to vote for them. Voting for Pool Magazine’s Best Pool Builder Award will commence 7/15/24 and ends 9/15/24.

Winners & Awards Dinner

The winner of Pool Magazine’s Best Pool Builder Award will be announced on 9/16/24 and featured in the Expo Edition of Pool Magazine. We will also coordinate a banquet dinner to be held for the winners of our “Best Of” series. Categories are broken down into:

  • Best in the West
  • Best in the Midwest
  • Best in the Southwest
  • Best in the South
  • Best in the East

All finalists will be invited to our banquet dinner where they will be presented with a plaque. At our awards dinner we will announce the winner of our competition, who will be presented with a check from our sponsors, as well as a trophy, and have their work featured in the next issue of Pool Magazine alongside their peers from each respective category.
