Happy Pool & Spa Scales to Become One of the Largest Pool Service Providers on the Space Coast
Brevard County, FL — October 29, 2025 — Happy Pool & Spa, a locally owned and operated
pool service company founded in 2024, proudly announces its explosive growth to become one
of the largest pool service providers on Florida’s Space Coast. In less than two years, the
company has scaled from startup to serving nearly 1,000 residential and commercial customers weekly with a team of 23 dedicated professionals. This remarkable milestone underscores the company’s dedication to exceptional service, community values, and a long-term commitment to both its customers and employees.
Commitment to Customers and Quality
Since its founding in 2024, Happy Pool & Spa has been built on a simple mission, to make pool
ownership stress-free, reliable, and enjoyable. The company’s success stems from a steadfast
focus on customer satisfaction, transparent communication, and dependable service quality.
Team members receive some of the most comprehensive training in the county, including an
initial two-week training program plus ongoing education and support. Happy Pool & Spa is
unique in Brevard County in requiring all commercial pool technicians to be CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified. The company continually invests in advanced training, for example, during Thanksgiving week, vendors provided specialized sessions on water chemistry, Department of Health guidelines, and industry best practices from pool builders.
Growth Through Strategic Acquisitions
Happy Pool & Spa has quickly developed a reputation as an acquirer of choice, welcoming
more than a dozen acquisitions and route tuck-ins in 2025 alone. Recent additions include Blue Tiki Pools, Splash Pool Maintenance, Ultra Pools, Shorebreak Pools, and service routes from Breezy Pool Care, Miner’s Pool Service, Bermuda Pools, Mirage Pools, and Vero Pools.
This strategic growth expands the company’s reach across the Space Coast while ensuring
every customer continues to receive the personalized, professional care they’ve come to
expect.
Embracing Innovation and Technology
In addition to operational growth, Happy Pool & Spa continues to invest in the latest technology to better serve customers, streamline field operations, and maintain the highest service standards. By leveraging modern tools and smart pool management platforms like Skimmer, the company ensures every technician has the data, insights, and efficiency needed to deliver consistent excellence.
“Happy Pool & Spa’s incredible growth is a testament to what’s possible when a company
combines great service with the right tools,” said Jack Nelson, CEO at Skimmer. “We’re proud
to support their success and thrilled to see how they are raising the bar for pool professionals
everywhere.”
Empowering Employees and Creating Opportunity
The company’s expansion isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people. Happy Pool & Spa is
deeply committed to creating meaningful career paths for its employees through industryleading training, advancement opportunities, and a culture grounded in respect and teamwork.
“When we started Happy Pool & Spa in 2024, we had a vision to build something different — a
company that could scale rapidly while never compromising on service quality or employee
development,” said Ryan Marcinik, Founder of Happy Pool & Spa. “Growing from zero to
nearly 1,000 customers in under two years proves that when you invest in your team and truly
take care of customers, growth follows naturally.”
Looking Ahead: Continued Expansion
Building on its success across the Space Coast, Happy Pool & Spa is positioning for strategic
expansion into the Orlando and Vero Beach markets. This growth will bring the company’s
proven service model and commitment to excellence to new communities while continuing to
deliver the personalized care that has defined its rapid rise.
Dedicated to the Community
Beyond the backyard, Happy Pool & Spa remains devoted to giving back to the community that
has fueled its success. The company actively supports Second Harvest Food Bank and Toys for
Tots, demonstrating its commitment to making a positive impact throughout Brevard County.
Voices from the Team
Nick Harris, Field Supervisor – “What makes Happy Pool & Spa different is that every
technician takes real pride in their work. We’re not just checking boxes, we’re making sure each
customer feels confident their pool is in the best hands possible.”
Dara Dentmon, Office Manager & Former Owner of Splash Pool Maintenance – “When I
decided to transition my business, Happy Pool & Spa was the clear choice. My customers have
seen zero drop in quality — if anything, they’re getting even better service with access to a
larger, well-trained team.”
Alex LeFort, Service Manager (formerly Pool Troopers) – “Coming from a national chain,
I’ve seen different approaches to pool service. What sets Happy Pool & Spa apart is the
combination of professional systems with genuine local care — our customers aren’t just
account numbers.”
Chris Lacey, Warehouse Manager (formerly Pinch A Penny) – “I’ve been in the pool industry long enough to recognize when a company is doing things right. The way Ryan invests in his team and the growth opportunities here — it’s the kind of place where you can actually build a career.”
