It was built for owner-operators and small crews who have outgrown paper, spreadsheets and group texts, and for those want to try it free, there is a free plan available.

Built Around the Route

Routes build themselves a week ahead in drive order. Holidays and closed days are skipped, and those visits move to an open day nearby. At each stop the tech works through a checklist, logs water readings and takes photos, and the app sizes chemical doses to that pool's gallons, bromine spas included. Customers can get a link to a report of the visit with the photos and readings, with no login or app to download.

When a pool closes for the winter, pause it. It drops off the routes, and its schedule is waiting in spring. Once payments are set up, recurring billing charges only the months you pick, like April to October, and every charge is invoiced for you. Customers can approve quotes online and pay a deposit before you order the liner, and when an invoice is paid, the invoice and payment post to QuickBooks Online. Payments carry Stripe's standard fee plus a platform fee of 0.9% to 2.5% depending on plan, taken from your payout.
